Valerie Graves' ability to capture the spirit and enchantment of the area has made her one of the region's most famous artists. Graves' work is reminiscent of some of the well-known artists who came to Taos in the early part of the 20th century. She was honored to receive the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Taos Fall Arts Festival.
